As my son pointed out that I have been talking about everything that I am doing and haven’t mentioned Dales garage at all. He and his crew have been very busy prepping the place for cement. The Studio part has been prepared with pex pipe to provide floor heating and the rest will just be cement. But they had to bring lots and lots of gravel. Fortunately for us, our neighbor Steve has a tractor with a bucket and he has helped us immensely. It cut down on the hard labor a lot. After the gravel is in, the whole floor has to be compacted with water and a compactor. Time consuming and noisy. They have poured the cement in six zones, two at a time. Today and tomorrow will finish the job. Then the real fun can begin
